Refund policy

Every Smiling Is Power piece is printed to order, just for you. Because nothing sits in a warehouse, we handle returns a little differently than a big-box store.

Size swap guarantee. If your order doesn’t fit, email us at kaden@smilingispower.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and the size you need. We’ll print the right size and ship it to you at no cost. You keep the first piece: give it to someone it fits. One free size swap per customer.

Damaged, misprinted or wrong. If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or you received the wrong item, email us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo, and we will replace it or refund it at no cost to you.

Change of mind. Because each item is made to order and can’t be restocked, we can’t accept returns or refunds for a change of mind.

Cancellations. Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase, before production begins, by emailing us with your order number.
