Refund policy

Every Smiling Is Power piece is printed to order, just for you. Because nothing sits in a warehouse, we handle returns a little differently than a big-box store. If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or you received the wrong item, email us within 30 days of delivery at kaden.hill03@gmail.com with your order number and a photo, and we will replace it or refund it at no cost to you. Because each item is made to order, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for a change of mind or a sizing miss, so please check the size guide on each product page before ordering. If you have a question before you buy, ask us; we would rather help you get it right the first time. Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase, before production begins, by emailing us with your order number.
