Why we exist

I believe in the power of a smile. Not the big, staged kind — the small one. The one you give a stranger walking past you. The one you bring into a room full of people who don't know you yet.

Here's what I know: the presence of a smile is always felt. So is the presence of sadness. Whatever you walk in with, the room feels it. You get to choose which one you bring.

A smile costs nothing. But it can change the direction of someone's day, and sometimes the direction of their life. You never know who needed it.

Smiling Is Power exists to put that belief on something you can wear, so the people around you feel it before you say a word. Every piece is a reminder to you — and a signal to them.
